Shipping & Delivery
We aim to deliver your goods to you within two working days of you placing your order. We will advise you of any delays or issues as soon as possible.

Barefoot Essentials is totally commited to protecting your privacy. We comply with the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998, the Privacy and Electronics Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003.

We collect information about you so that we can process your order and tailor your visit to our website so that it can be as relevant as possible. This information is only shared with individuals that are involved with the fulfilment of your order. We do not sell any data or send random marketing emails (spam) to personal email addresses unless you have given us permission to do so. The information we hold may include: - your name, delivery and invoice addresses, order details, telephone number and email address. We do not hold credit or debit card payment details as all payments are directed through PayPal. 

This data will be held in accordance with our internal security policy. If we propose to send your data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) we will seek your consent first. We will never collect sensitive information about you withoit your agreement. You have a right to ask for any imformation about you that we are holdinh in which we will provide this for a small fee. We will delete any information or correct any inaccuracies at no charge as soon as you make the request.Data will only be released to thrird parties (e.g the police) on request where there is a legal requirement to do so.

We will use cookies to track your behaviour on our site to assist us in tailoring your visit. You can disable cookies in your browser but some of our website functions may then unavailable to you.

Returns & Replacements
We understand that on occasions people may change their mind and wish to return the goods they have purchased. A full refund can be issued if the said goods are returned to us unopened, unused and undamaged within 14 days of you receiving your order confirmation email. If a product has a security seal, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange if the security seal has been broken. Goods can be returned to 10 St John's Close, Cannock, Staffordshire, WS11 1LQ. Any return postage that you pay will not be returned by Barefoot Essentials.

Ordering
Ordering with Barefoot Essentials is straightforward. Add the products to 'my cart' and choose 'checkout' when you are ready to purchase your goods. The website will summarise your order and take you though the payment and delivery pages. Please provide detailed and relevant information so that we can process your order quickly.
Once your payment has been verified, we will send you an order confirmation email. At this point we will check your order, despatch your goods or advise you of any current delays. Delivery of your order will be made using a reputable 3rd party carrier, to the address given at the time of you placing the order. Our products and services are subject to availability and may have to be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled, Barefoot Essentials will offer you an alternative or a refund in full.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All prices shown on the website are in £ Sterling and inclusive of VAT at the current rate. We may change the advertised price at any time before or after you have placed an order. All our payments are taken using PayPal. This allows our online shoppers to use fast checkouts with the added convenience and security of PayPal. At various times, Barefoot Essentials will run different promotions. Please note that promotional codes can only be used for purchases made online at www.barefootessentials.co.uk. Promotional codes are not for re-sale and cannot be exchanged for cash. If goods are returned, the promtional offer is not refundable. Barefoot Essentials can withdraw any promotional offers at any point without prior notice.

You can view current or existing orders by logging into your account. Here you will be able to access order history, track your shipments and change address information.

By using the log in button you wil be able to identify yourself and access your account with barefoot Essentials. Here you can update your information and keep track of your past shopping experiences.
