Delivery

We want you to have your goods as soon as possible. All of our items are in stock and can be despatched within 24 hours of you placing your order. If this is not the case due to due to busy stock lines we will always inform you of any delays. We also know that our customers like to pay the correct amount for their shipping. That's why we have implemented lots of postage options. You can choose from Next Day First Class to cheaper Second Class to Free delivery for Orders over £30.

Returns Policy

We are happy for you to return any goods you have purchased if you are unhappy with them. We will offer a full refund if goods are returned to us within 14 days from your order date. We require the item to be returned to us as you received it. That is unused and undamage with the original packaging and labels in tact. Our customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and we will not accept packages where postage is due. Please remember to enclose your barefoot essentials delivery note, order number, name, address and contact details. We will address any requests for refunds immediately unpon receipt of your returned goods. 

In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or inccorect goods, please email us at sales@barefootessentials.co.uk to inform us of the problem. As soon as we are notified, we will deal with the issue for you and formulate the best course of action.

Christmas Returns Policy

We understand that people will be browsing the Barefoot Essentials shop with a view to buying items as Christmas Gifts for their family and friends. With this in mind, we are pleased to tell you that we have extended our normal 14 day return deadline. From November 1st 2011 we will give you until January 31st 2011 to return any gifts where the incorrect size has been ordered. This extends only to our Dr Comfort Slippers and Padders Slippers Range. Our normal returns conditions apply - all items must be returned as received. This means undamaged, unused and with all packaging in tact.  

In essence our updated policy allows you to buy Christmas Gifts with the knowledge that you have a extended returns window to exchange incorrect sizes.  

Buying Products:

The shop is divided into different ranges. First we have our medical range which showcases a variety of products that combat most common foot problems. This range has been created by a qualified Foot Health Practitioner who uses them in her practice. Over time, each have proved to be worthwhile of a place on this website as they have been highly effective at bring comfort back to people's feet.

Secondly, our pamper products all about about giving your feet some much needed love, care and attention. It's no secret that our feet walk 12,000 steps a day on average. With this in mind our pamper range gives you opportunities to relax your feet at the end of a long day so you can get the best out of them tomorrow.

You can view the products in a number of different ways. We have provided a quick overview that provides a snap shop of the product and it's core benefits.In addition to this you can scroll down the page for a more detailed product desvription If you would like more information such as brand details, directions for use and contra-indications.    

Once you've decided, just click the 'Buy Now' button. This will transfer the item into your shopping cart. At this point you can continue shopping or go straight to the checkout. In the area 'My Cart' you have the ability to change quanitites and add other products if you require. Once you have completed your shopping the 'Checkout' area will take you through the payment process'. You can purchase as a guest or create an account. The benefit of an account allows you to store your address so there is never any need to re-submit if you make future prurchases. You can also review your orders at any time.

To make barefoot essentials as user friendly as possible, we have opted to use PayPal to process all of our payments. You have a choice of using funds in your PayPal account or using a Direct Debit or Credit Card of your choice. PayPal is a safer, faster and more secure way to pay online. Your financial details are never shared, fraud management is in place and PayPal protects all of your online purchases (terms and conditions apply).

Paying this way is very easy. It only takes a few clicks. First insert your name, postage choice, delivery information. Next choose to pay via an existing PayPal Account (PayPal Express) or with a Debit or Credit Card (PayPal Credit/Debit Cards). Once you have submitted your order, you will receive notification from barefoot essentials and PayPal.
